AIHub provides a unified platform to access, compare, and interact with various AI models including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other language models. The Service allows users to:

  • Compare responses from different AI models side-by-side
  • Save and organize prompts for reuse
  • Access advanced AI capabilities through our platform

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
