Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AIHub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AIHub is a chat workspace that gives you access to AI models from several vendors through one account. It lets you:

• Chat with any of the models listed on aihub.group.
• Send one prompt to two models and read the answers side by side.
• Save prompts and reuse them with any model.

The Service does not offer API access and does not accept your own API keys. We may add, replace or retire models as vendors change their offerings; the current list and prices are on aihub.group.

3. Accounts

You agree to:

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure and not share your account.
• Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• Take responsibility for activity under your account.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Plans are Pro at $19, Pro+ at $49 and Max at $99 per month, billed in US dollars through Stripe, plus any tax that applies.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of 10,000, 28,000 or 55,000 credits. One credit equals $0.001 of model cost. Each message is charged in credits at the listed price of the model that answered it and taken from your balance.
• Plan credits reset to the plan’s allowance when each renewal is paid. Unused plan credits do not carry over.
• A top-up costs $5 once and adds 3,000 credits. Top-up credits do not expire and carry over across renewals.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or withdrawn, and can only be spent on the Service.
• There are no trial credits. You need a plan or a top-up before your first message.
• We may change prices and allowances. A change applies from your next billing period after we tell you about it.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again.

6. Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund the unused share of the credits that charge bought, pro rata. Refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method. To ask, write to [email protected] from the email on your account. This does not limit any refund right you have under the law where you live.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal.
• Break the usage policies of the model vendors whose models you use.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, or disrupt them.
• Access the Service with automated tools or resell access to it.
• Send malware or harmful code.
• Harass or harm others, or generate content that is illegal or abusive.
• Infringe the intellectual property of others.

8. Model output

Answers are generated by third-party models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. Your use of each model is also subject to its vendor’s terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its code belong to AIHub. You keep ownership of what you write and of the answers you receive, to the extent the law and the vendor’s terms allow, and you give us the licence we need to store and display that content to provide the Service.

10. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. When an account is closed, access ends and its content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIHUB IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AIHub against claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We change the date at the top of this page and email account holders about material changes. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
