Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AIHub ("we", "our", "us") runs the website at aihub.group and the chat workspace at app.aihub.group. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use either of them, what we do with it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your name, username, email address and a hashed password.
• Your content: the conversations you have with models and the prompts you save.
• Usage records: which model answered each message, how many tokens it used and how many credits it cost, so we can charge your balance and show you the numbers.
• Billing details: your plan, subscription status and payment history. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and server logs, used to run and secure the service.
• Waitlist email: if you joined the waitlist before launch, the address you gave us.

3. How we use it

• To provide the service: send your messages to the model you pick and store the conversation in your account.
• To meter usage in credits, take payment and keep your balance accurate.
• To answer support requests and handle refunds.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents.
• To send service emails (verification, password reset, receipts) and, if you joined the waitlist or opted in, product news you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

4. How your messages reach the models

When you send a message, the text of the conversation is passed to OpenRouter, which routes it to the vendor of the model you selected (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta’s Llama hosting providers, Mistral, Perplexity, DeepSeek or xAI). The vendor processes it to produce the answer. How OpenRouter and each vendor handle API traffic is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AIHub does not use your conversations to train models and does not sell your data.

5. Sub-processors

These companies process personal data on our behalf:

• OpenRouter: routes each message to the model vendor you chose.
• Model vendors reached through OpenRouter: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, the providers that host Meta’s Llama models, Mistral AI, Perplexity, DeepSeek and xAI. Each receives the conversation you send to its model.
• Stripe: payments, invoices, refunds and the billing portal.
• Neon: the database behind this website, including waitlist addresses.
• Vercel: hosting for aihub.group.
• Our email delivery provider: sends verification, password reset and account emails. We will name it here once it is chosen.
• Google Analytics: aggregate statistics about visits to aihub.group, when enabled.

6. Retention and account deletion

We keep your account, conversations and saved prompts while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected] from the email on the account. We then delete the account, its conversations and its saved prompts within 30 days. Payment records that tax law requires us to keep are retained by Stripe and by us for the period the law sets.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access: get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: fix data that is wrong.
• Deletion: have your account and its content deleted, as described above.
• Objection: stop marketing emails at any time.
• Portability: receive your data in a portable format.

9. Cookies

The app uses cookies to keep you logged in. This website may use analytics cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser; the app will not keep you logged in without them.

10. Children

AIHub is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Our sub-processors may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and we email account holders about material changes.
